Dit maakt het lastig om de juiste keuze te maken voor een hypotheek die perfect bij uw situatie aansluit. En heeft u eenmaal bepaald welke hypotheek u wilt afsluiten, dan krijgt u nog te maken met de verschillende geldverstrekkers. Ik help u graag met uw keuze voor een hypotheek die het beste aansluit bij uw persoonlijke situatie en omstandigheden. Ik vergelijk voor u een groot aantal geldverstrekkers, waardoor ik u altijd een scherp voorstel kan doen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9\">Tijdens het traject van advisering en totstandkoming van de hypotheek werk ik nauw samen met alle betrokken partijen (makelaar, taxateur, bank, verzekeraar, notaris, etc.). Ik ben als het ware de spil binnen dit complexe proces. Ik houd alle tijdslijnen in de gaten en stem de trajecten op elkaar af, waardoor ik u zoveel mogelijk zorg(en) uit handen neem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9\">Daarnaast kijk ik altijd of een hypotheek met Nationale Hypotheek Garantie tot de mogelijkheden behoort. Deze garantie zorgt voor extra zekerheid voor u en voor de bank met een lagere rente als beloning.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"font_6\">Starters<\/h6>\n<p class=\"font_9\">Diverse lokale en nationale regelingen zoals Starterslening en Koopsubsidie bieden extra mogelijkheden voor starters om een hypotheek te verkrijgen. Ook willen ouders vaak financieel bijspringen, maar weten niet precies wat de slimste manier is.
